Thanks for swinging by my little corner of the web!

Many moons ago, this sweet site functioned as a place for me to write about energy efficiency, entrepreneurship, parenthood, and life lessons obtained from jaunts with chainsaws, improv comedy, and things of general randomness.

It also sold my consulting services. 

This little blip on the information superhighway still serves as a home base for all things Jessica Frick, though I stopped publishing new blog posts some time ago. 

I currently serve as the Director of Operations for Pressable and my role is a full time job. I absolutely love it.
